The judge of Britain's Got Talent, 60, has managed to lost about 25 kg after changing his lifestyle and taking up a vegan diet.

And to keep himself in shape after his weight loss, Simon has confessed that he does 150 press-ups every single morning.

In BGT spin-off Unseen Bits, Simon said he does a press-up "150 times before I come to work, in about three goes."

Simon recently confessed that he's exercising more than ever now that he's in lockdown with his partner Lauren Silverman and their son Eric, six, during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Simon has lost a lot of weight thanks to his new diet and exercise regime.

He recently said: "I think I have dropped, since I started this diet a year ago, 60 pounds."

He revealed being on lockdown has made sticking to his healthy lifestyle much easier, except for the temptations brought on by Eric.

The famous judge said: "I’m doing a bit of cooking. I’m exercising. Funny enough, more during this time as well, sticking to the diet. The only difficult thing is when Eric orders a pizza… That’s the number one thing I miss."

Simon also shared his tips on surviving self-isolation.

He said: "Most importantly, occupy your mind. You have to stick to a routine. Fortunately, with things like with Zoom, you stay in touch with the world, keep motivated, come up with ideas… I never get this time, normally." He added: "I was concerned how [Eric] was going to cope with all of this. He has been absolutely amazing. He is still able to do schoolwork, and now we are camping on the weekends in the garden."
