Remember the time when Jolie-Pitt couple announced their messy split back in 2016 that caused raising wave of disappointment of fans? Well, the couple is reported to be in a better place now, after they decided to take therapy.

The couple first starred together in the movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" and fell for each other, even when Brad was already married to Jennifer Aniston at that time.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been co-parenting their six kids, Maddox, 18-year-old, Pax, 16-year-old, Zahara, 15-year-old, Shiloh, 14-year-old, as well as twins Knox and Vivienne, 12-year-old since they called time on their 12-year relationship.

During the coronavirus lockdown, they have been together staying with kids together, in both Brad's home and Angie's home. The path was easy as their home just five-minute away from each other.

According to People, that it has taken Brad and Angie "a long time" to get be amicable – four years after the break-up.

"They definitely needed help figuring out all the child custody issues and how Brad could be a dad again,"

Another source added: "It’s taken them a long time, with a lot of family therapy, to get to this point."

"The younger kids go back and forth between their houses, and Brad loves spending as much time with them as possible. He seems much happier."

Angelina Jolie, who is used to keeping her marriage with the Hollywood actor private, previously spoke up about their relationship and shared she decided to walk away for the "wellbeing of my family".

She told British Vogue: "I separated for the wellbeing of my family. It was the right decision. I continue to focus on their healing."

"Some have taken advantage of my silence, and the children see lies about themselves in the media."
