Jesy Nelson shared a radiant selfie on Saturday, after candidly detailing her mental health struggles during an appearance on Loose Women earlier this week.
The Little Mix star, 28, embraced her natural curls in the stunning gallery of images, which she shared with her 6.8million Instagram followers. She captioned the snaps: ''What we feeling about the natural barnet?? Does she stay''.
Jesy usually wears her brunette tresses in a sleeker style with voluminous blowdried curls. However, her ''natural'' look garnered attention from fans with one commenting: ''I'm obsessed with your natural hair.''
Jesy sported a bronzed glow and looked her usual gorgeous self in the snaps. On Thursday, the singer joined the Loose Women panellists on as part of their award-winning Lighten the Load campaign which focuses on mental health issues.
The star, who once tried to take her own life after years of relentless trolling, bravely discussed her online bullying ordeal and documentary on the programme.
Jesy said: ''It was 2011, I just got Twitter, I don't even think Instagram was out yet and I did not have Facebook. It was new to all of us, I wasn't used to people having opinion on me like that. It consumed me.''
''I became a completely different person and believed everything they would say. I was obsessed, I would wake up at 06.30am and instead of waking up to brush my teeth, would go and find the worse things said about me. I trained my brain to look.''
Jesy revealed that she mentally became ''a lot healthier'' after deleting Twitter, she said: ''Massively, people couldn't tell me something to pull me out of it, I had to get myself out of it. I deleted Twitter, I hate it, and mentally I've become a lot healthier.''
The singer went on to share that her Odd One Out documentary has changed her life and lifted a ''massive weight'' off her shoulders. Jesy also lamented the fact that there is a ''stigma'' around mental health and people are ''ashamed'' to talk about how they feel.
She said: ''I honestly feel like I was just carrying this huge weight around on my shoulders and for such a long time it was such a huge secret, obviously only the girls knew and people that I worked with.''
''And then as soon as I did it, it literally felt like a massive weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I think there's such a stigma that comes with mental health, a lot people are ashamed to talk about how they really feel.''
