Singer and actor Park Ji Hoon from Wanna One boy group is considering the male lead of the drama based on the famous webtoon ‘Love Revolution’.
On March 28, Park Ji Hoon's management company Maroo Entertainment said, "We are proposing and reviewing the drama 'Love Revolution'." And "This new is not confirmed".
'Love Revolution' is a famous webtoon of Naver Webtoon, a realistic description of students' daily lives about love and friendship. Every Thursday since the beginning of 2013, new episodes are published regularly and climb to the top of real-time search keywords.
The main character, Gong Ju Young, is a character who shows the sincerity and love to the female lead Hwang Ja Rim by his lovely and aegyo.
Previously, Park Ji Hoon participated in the audition program Produce 101 (Mnet) season 2 and won second place in the final episode. After working as Wanna One, the group received warm love and he debuted solo last year and released two albums 'O'Clock' and '360'. Besides being a singer, he is also active as an actor playing the role of Go Young Soo in 'Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency'.
