BTS has decided to cancel some world tour concerts or adjust the schedule due to VirusCorona 19 being spread all over the world.
On March 24, Big Hit Entertainment announced via SNS: "In some countries and cities, the situation is so uncertain that it would be difficult to prepare for the concert normally. Some concerts are expected to be canceled or adjusted to schedule. " Big Hit explained, "Currently, the company is closely monitoring the situation in the countries and cities where the concert is scheduled to take place. We will decide to actively collaborate with government recommendations and guidelines, local governments and performance venues to ensure health and safety for everyone. " The company then said: "We will give specific instructions on the detailed changes."
Big Hit said, "We are trying our best to conduct the scheduled concert despite many difficulties. We are preparing a plan to expand the schedule and venue to be able to hold the concert if the COVID-19 situation becomes stable. ”
BTS is scheduled to perform the world tour ‘Map Of The Soul Tour’ from April. First, they confirmed there were about 38 concerts in 18 cities around the world, but they canceled 4 shows performing at the main stadium at Jamsil Stadium, Seoul, was the first performance as a result of COVID-19. Later, in North America and Europe, COVID-19 spread to a large scale and the chance to hold concerts or not has become unclear.
