After Mina revealed the harassment she had to withstand from Jimin in the past, the leader of AOA made a pubic apology to the former member and fans.
On Monday, Jimin posted a lengthy post on her personal Instagram account regarding the heated controversy between her and the former AOA member Mina. The post reads:
"I can't put everything in a short piece of writing, but I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm not a good enough leader.
While we were together, I felt regretful and guilty, and I didn't understand her very well, and I didn't look after her carefully. Yesterday, I cried and begged and cried again, but I'm so sorry that I can't easily relieve Mina's feelings about me. I'm sorry.
I was in my early 20s, I was young, thinking that my team should only show good things to the staff and the outside world, but I think I was not good enough to lead the team.
I'm sorry for creating a controversy. I'm sorry for writing this out of the blue. And most of all, I'm truly sorry for the members who worked hard for us."

Earlier, on July 3, Mina claimed on her Instagram account that she had been bullied by Jimin for 10 years. She continued to reveal that she had received an apology from Jimin. However, she confessed that she was still suffering.
