Actor Cha Tae Hyun will join hands with Lee Seung Gi and producer Yoo Ho Jin for tvN's new travel variety show 'Seoul Village Man'.
"Producer Yoo Ho Jin is preparing for his new entertainment show 'Seoul Village Man' on tvN," an entertainment industry source said on May 6. "Cha Tae Hyun and Lee Seung Gi will host the show."
Although 'Seoul Village Man' is known as a travel variety show, it is strictly confidential about which big entertainers are expected to guest on the show.
Producer Yoo Ho Jin has moved to Monster Union after successfully leading a season of KBS '2 days & 1 night', and is again working for CJ ENM. Last year, he was recognized by viewers for planning and directing tvN's entertainment program 'Wednesday Music Playlist'. He also has a deep relationship with Cha Tae Hyun. The two, who brought life to '2 days & 1 night', also proved their friendship by co-directed the drama 'Hit the Top'. This is why their rendezvous this time is highly expected.
