YG Entertainment has shared updates on the debut date for their new girl group BABYMONSTER.

On October 10, YG Entertainment posted a debut teaser poster for BABYMONSTER on their social media account, raising anticipation for the debut of the new girl group in November.

Previously in July, YG announced that BABYMONSTER was aiming to debut in September. However, on October 10, a representative of YG shared, “We paid careful attention in selecting the title track in order to repay with the best result. Consequently, the [girl group’s] debut was slightly delayed from September as we originally informed, and we ask for [fans’] understanding.”

They added, “All preparations are now complete. Once the official debut is made in November, they will continue going forward at full speed, so please show lots of interest.”

Currently, the members of BABYMONSTER have begun practicing the choreography for their title track and will begin filming the music video at the end of October.

BABYMONSTER is the first girl group produced by YG Entertainment in about seven years since BLACKPINK. The group consists of multinational members including Ahyeon, Haram, and Rora from Korea, Pharita and Chiquita from Thailand, and Ruka and Asa from Japan.
