According to News1's report on December 17, U-Know Yunho will release his new solo album in January 2021 and join the New Year's music industry comeback race.
SM Entertainment, his agency, confirmed the news, saying, "U-Know Yunho is preparing for a new album with the goal of making his comeback in January. Please look forward to it."
It has been about a year and seven months since Yunho made his latest solo comeback. On June 12 last year, Yunho released his first mini album 'True Colors' with a total of six songs and proved his popularity by reaching the top of various music charts.
Yunho presented his first solo title track 'Follow' with unrivaled charisma and skills. This sparked a heated response and helped him earn the nickname "King on the Stage", so expectations are high on what kind of music and performance the new album will show.
Even before his solo debut, Yunho was loved by global music fans for his tight live and high-quality performances through TVXQ's activities. Recently, Yunho enhanced his friendly image through this year's web entertainment show 'The King of Inventions'. He is also set to host the '2020 KBS Song Festival' ('2020 KBS Gayo Daechukje') on December 18.
