“The Glory” And “The Roundup” Actor Heo Dong Won Confirms Wedding Date
On February 15, Heo Dong Won’s agency ACE FACTORY confirmed, “Actor Heo Dong Won will marry his non-celebrity girlfriend at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul on March 1.”
Heo Dong Won took to Instagram to personally announce the news of his upcoming marriage through a heartfelt letter in September of last year.
Heo Dong Won made his debut in the play “Pleasant Deal” in 2007 and has since starred in hit dramas such as “Misaeng (Incomplete Life),” “The Girl Who Sees Smells,” “When the Camellia Blooms,” and “The King: Eternal Monarch.” Last year, Heo Dong Won played detective Oh Dong Kyun in the film “The Roundup (The Outlaws 2)” which saw huge success, becoming only the 14th Korean film in history to surpass 12 million moviegoers. He also made a special appearance in “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” as a client named Shin Il Soo.
Recently, Heo Dong Won left a deep impression on viewers through Disney+’s “Big Bet” and Netflix’s “The Glory,” in which he took on a villain role as Mr. Chu, a school teacher working alongside Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo).
