Stray Kids has gone gold in the United States with another single!

On August 19 local time, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) awarded Stray Kids’ 2021 hit “Thunderous” an official gold certification for selling over 500,000 units in the United States.

“Thunderous” is Stray Kids’ fourth song to be officially certified gold by the RIAA, following “God’s Menu,” “MANIAC,” and “Back Door.” The single also marks their sixth RIAA gold certification overall, as the group previously went gold in the United States with their 2023 albums “★★★★★ (5-STAR)” and “ROCK-STAR.”

Notably, Stray Kids is only the second K-pop artist in RIAA history to earn gold certifications for four different songs (following BTS).

Congratulations to Stray Kids on their exciting achievement!
