Rookie girl group STAYC has successfully completed their strong debut with the song 'SO BAD' after 5 weeks of promotion activities.

STAYC (Sumin, Sieun, Aisa, Seeun, Yoon and Jaeyi) has wrapped up their official 5-week-long promotions for the single 'SO BAD' after the performance on SBS music show 'Inkigayo', which aired on December 13.

STAYC, the first self-produced girl group from K-Pop producer Black Eyed Pilseung (Choi Kyu Sung and Rado), showed strong presence as soon as they announced their debut, and they met all expectations.

The title track 'SO BAD' topped the real-time charts of major music sites shortly after its release, and the album recorded initial sales of more than 10,000 copies. In addition, the music video of 'SO BAD' surpassed 10 million views in just 10 days after its release, proving their potential as a top rookie who made their name in the music industry. Not only in South Korea, but also on global charts, the girls did great, scoring the 90th spoth on the Billboard K-POP 100 weekly chart and 21st on the U.S. Billboard's World Digital Song Sales Chart.

In particular, STAYC gained much attention through their debut activities not only for their "teen fresh" charm, but also for their solid skills and splendid visuals. On music shows, their relaxed facial expressions and gestures that were not like other rookies added to the fun, and the individuality and charm of the six members, who conveyed the confident message of 'SO BAD', made the stage even brighter.

Various ending poses shown by STAYC members, including hearts, winks, hand kisses, and team chants, were also a hot topic on every music show, and they showed their powerful potential by recording high video views on every stage.

After the final performance, STAYC said, "We was able to finish our first activities without any problems thanks to the love and support that exceeded my expectations. The 'SO BAD' promotions are over, but STAYC is just beginning. Please look forward to our future activities as well."
