SM’s New Boy Group With Sungchan, Shotaro, Eunseok, And Seunghan Reported To Make September Debut + SM Briefly Comments
SM Entertainment’s highly anticipated new boy group is gearing up for their debut!
On July 12, Sports Chosun reported that SM’s new boy group is preparing for their upcoming debut in September. The report further stated that the new group is currently filming a music video for their debut track in Los Angeles.
In response to the report, an official from SM Entertainment commented, “Ahead of their debut, the new boy group is currently filming their music video and at the final stage of preparations. We will reveal the specific debut schedule soon.”
Previously on May 24, SM Entertainment announced through their “SM 3.0: NEW IP 2023” video that the agency was planning to launch three rookie teams this year: a new NCT team (which will be the final chapter of NCT’s expansion), a new boy group, and a new girl group.
In the video, SM Entertainment CEO Jang Cheol Hyuk shared that former NCT members Sungchan and Shotaro would debut in the new boy group with SM Rookies Eunseok and Seunghan along with other members of Korean and American nationalities.
