On February 4, Seventeen's agency PLEDIS Entertainment issued a direct warning to fans about a recently announced festival, which the company confirmed is a fraudulent event.

As shown below, PLEDIS Entertainment cautioned fans to not engage in any transaction activity with the event known as 'FEST WORLD TOUR 2023', as the event is promoting Seventeen's attendance at the event without authorization from the group's agency.
A similar notice was also issued by ENHYPEN's agency BeLift Lab on this day. Like PLEDIS Entertainment, BeLift Lab announced that it will be pursuing legal action against the alleged organizer of this event for falsely advertising ENHYPEN's appearance.
Meanwhile, the mysterious 'FEST WORLD TOUR 2023' event previously claimed that artists including Seventeen, ENHYPEN, NCT Dream, WayV, and MIRAE would be performing in countries including Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand.
After the notice issued by the agencies of Seventeen and ENHYPEN, many K-Pop fans are suspecting that the other artists listed are also very likely unaffiliated with the festival.
