Veteran singer Lee Seung Chul and Taeyeon from girl group SNSD will release a special duet version for the single 'My Love' to celebrate his 35th debut anniversary.
According to a K-Pop official on November 3, Lee Seung Chul will release a duet version of his special single 'My Love' to mark the 35th anniversary of his debut. The singer who will duet with him is Taeyeon.
This is a meaningful collaboration as Taeyeon made her debut as a member of SNSD (Girls' Generation). The group's name actually originated from Lee Seung Chul's song 'Girls' Generation', and the girls once covered his song as well. Due to this special relationship, expectations are high for the duo to work together.
'My Love' was the title track of the veteran singer's 11th album released in 2013 and was well received by the public, sweeping music charts in South Korea. The duet version with Taeyeon is expected to present a warm-hearted 'My Love' featuring a male and female harmony.
