On March 5 local time, Billboard announced that LE SSERAFIM’s latest title track “EASY” had debuted at No. 99 on the Hot 100 (its weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States), marking the group’s first-ever entry on the chart.
LE SSERAFIM is only the sixth K-pop girl group in history to enter the Hot 100, following Wonder Girls, BLACKPINK, TWICE, NewJeans, and FIFTY FIFTY. Even including boy groups, they are only the eighth K-pop group to enter the chart (with the addition of BTS and Stray Kids).
Outside of the Hot 100, “EASY” rose to No. 6 in its second week on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 13 on the Global 200, in addition to staying strong at No. 5 on the World Digital Song Sales chart.
LE SSERAFIM’s new B-side “Smart” also entered the Global Excl. U.S. chart at No. 70 and the Global 200 at No. 91, while their hit 2023 single “Perfect Night” ranked No. 42 in its 18th week on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and climbed back up to No. 72 on the Global 200.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM’s new mini album “EASY” debuted at No. 8 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart this week, making them the fastest K-pop girl group ever to enter the top 10 with more than one album.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM re-entered Billboard’s Artist 100 at a new peak of No. 5.
Congratulations to LE SSERAFIM!
