Currently, there probably isn’t a single person alive that hasn’t heard of EXO and BTS. The two bands have been categorized as the two biggest boy bands in the world, and especially in the K-Pop industry. Not only they are popular in South Korea, but their popularity has also spread out all around the world! Mostly for BTS, since it seemed like a couple of years ago BTS had the best year in their career when they won the Billboard Music Award in 2017. Their popularity increased so much that it even expanded to the music industry in the US, and they have made a lot of good collaborations with musicians from the US.
Well, how could have these two bands manage to gain so much attention from people? Both EXO and BTS have their own unique concepts, and obviously, their members are multi-talented. No wonder, that their career success has been considered as such a big achievement so far. EXO has been declared as one of the most influential celebrities by Korean Forbes magazine, every year from 2014 until 2018. Meanwhile, BTS is the first K-Pop band that has won the Billboard Music Award two times.
And now, we’re going to take a look all of the components in each of the two bands! Whether it’s a vocal battle, dance battle, their visual, etc! Vocal Battle
First of all, we’re going to talk about the vocal battle between EXO and BTS! As the two biggest boy bands in the K-Pop industry, having the best vocal is one of the most important things as a K-Pop artist, and this, of course, goes for both EXO and BTS.

EXO’s Chanyeol not only has the best skills for rapping, but also his deep voice is good for singing! While EXO’s Sehun is the second rapper in EXO. Even though there’s a lot of people doubting his rapping skills, but EXO’s Sehun has proven to them that he is actually a good rapper, and he has been improving a lot in his singing skills!

Dance Battle
Now we’re talking about the dance battle between EXO and BTS! Even though all of the members, both of EXO and BTS, are good dancers, but specifically each of the bands has their own main dancer! In EXO, the main dancers are Kai, Sehun, and Lay. While in BTS, the main dancers are J-Hope and Jimin, and the lead dancers of BTS are V and Jungkook.

EXO’s Dancers
In EXO, we can see magical dancing moves from one of the main dancers, EXO’s Kai! He is famously known for his visual and, of course, his dancing moves. His ability in dancing is something you won’t be able to get out of your mind.

In every girl group or boy band, of course, they have to have a visual. Basically, the visual is the icon of the band, he or she highlights the most prominent features of the band. There are also some visuals that are also the center of the group.
In BTS, we had Jin, V, and Jungkook as the visual line. While, in EXO we can see Kai, Chanyeol, and Sehun lined up in the visual line! And also, other than being visual, Kai is the center of the group as well!

Acting Battle
Not only they are experts in singing and dancing, but each of the group’s members are also known as talented actors, models, etc. And it is no wonder that they have reached such high popularity with so many talents hidden up their sleeves. Some of EXO’s and BTS’ members have participated in various drama series. For example, 100 Days My Prince (EXO’s D.O), Scarlet Heart Ryeo (EXO’s Baekhyun), Andante (EXO’s Kai), Missing Nine (EXO’s Chanyeol), Rich Man (EXO’s Suho), Operation Love (EXO’s Lay), and Falling For Challenge (EXO’s Xiumin).
As you can see, most EXO members are talented in acting. Then, how did members of EXO-L react to their acting performances? Mostly, they have received such a good appreciation, and EXO-Ls made such a huge impact in supporting their acting career!
Meanwhile, BTS’ V also had his first debut in acting in the drama series, Hwarang. And also, BTS’ Jimin was reported of appearing as a cameo in the drama The Rose of Sharon Has Bloomed. Even though the other BTS members haven’t taken any roles yet, and haven’t started pursuing a career in acting yet, we’re still patiently waiting for them to appear in a television series, especially drama!
So, we can safely say that EXO’s members are more experienced in acting, due to their experience appearing in various drama series, some of which have even had the opportunity to play the main characters. In BTS, we were able to see BTS’ V’s acting abilities. He appeared in the drama series with the title Hwarang. With Hwarang, BTS’ V made his acting debut. He also revealed that because it was his first time acting, he was quite nervous. He also thanked all of the people surrounding him who are already supporting him, and hoped that his acting was well enough and his fans would enjoy it.
