KARA Confirms To Make Long-Awaited Comeback For 15th Anniversary
Earlier in June, multiple industry representatives reported that KARA will be reuniting for a special project to celebrate their 15th anniversary.
On September 19, a source from RBW, which is DSP Media’s holding company, confirmed, “KARA will be releasing their 15th debut anniversary album in November. Since they are showcasing their 15th debut anniversary album after gathering together for the first time in a while, we plan on supporting the KARA members so that they can express their feelings of wanting to gift their fans to the fullest.
KARA made their debut in 2007 and released numerous hit songs including “Honey,” “Pretty Girl,” “Mister,” “Jumping,” “Lupin,” and more. In June, the members all united to celebrate the group’s 15th anniversary and took to Instagram to share adorable group photos and thank their fans.
This will be KARA’s first album as a group since the release of their seventh mini album “In Love” back in May 2015. Park Gyuri, Han Seung Yeon, and Heo Young Ji will be reuniting with former members Nicole and Kang Ji Young, who parted ways with the group in 2014, for this meaningful new album. The members reportedly expressed their resolve to share an enjoyable time with fans through an album that is full of happy and bright energy, and the group is planning to appear on various broadcast programs to promote their new album.
