The song, which Somi helped co-write, sings about the heart of a teenage girl trying to appear herself to her crush. Within 24 hours, the music video surpassed 10 million views and ranked in numerous iTunes charts worldwide.
2. Golden Child - "Ra Pam Pam"
Golden Child released their latest album, "GAME CHANGER," on August 2, along with the music video for the title track "Ra Pam Pam."
Lyrically, the said song talks about finding hope and determination through a difficult situation, and the title is meant to express the sound of a heartbeat.
3. ASTRO - "After Midnight"
Another boy group that made a comeback on August 2 is ASTRO with their eighth mini-album, "SWITCH ON," and the title track "After Midnight." Jay Park has teamed up with H1GHER Music rapper pH-1 and producer duo GroovyRoom on the song "ALL-IN," which was released on August 3. The song was made to promote Gen G, a League of Legends esports team.
