BTS’s RM and V have enlisted in the military with support from their friends!

On December 11, RM and V quietly enlisted at the Korean Army Training Center in Nonsan with support and a send-off from all the members.
In addition to the members’ send-off, the two BTS members received support from their friends ahead of their enlistment.
Park Seo Joon took to Instagram to share a photo of Wooga Squad— a well-known group of celebrity friends with Park Seo Joon and V as well as Park Hyung Sik, Peakboy, and Choi Woo Shik—affectionately greeting V and patting his new buzz cut. Park Seo Joon wrote, “Makdaengyi (referring to V being the youngest member), return safely.”
Furthermore, RM’s friend and artist JNKYRD posted a photo of RM, and Balming Tiger’s San Yawn shared a compilation of photos with RM, writing, “Thanks,” and also updating a group photo to his Instagram Stories.
RM and V enlisted in the military earlier today on December 11, and the two will be followed by Jimin and Jungkook who will enlist the following day on December 12. It is expected that all the BTS members will be discharged and reunite by June 2025.
