As it is already known through multiple reality shows, the four girls used to have different apartments close to each other and the company. Later on, Rosé and Jennie moved back to live with family, while Jisoo and Lisa stayed in their own apartments.
According to business media outlet reports on February 1, BLACKPINK's Lisa has become the new owner of a luxurious urban villa located in Seongbuk-dong, purchased at approximately 7.5 billion KRW (~ $6 million USD).
The home, over 7,200 square feet and consisting of one above ground story and two underground stories, is well-known as the former home of Jang Seon Yoon, the granddaughter of Lotte Corporation founder Shin Kyuk Ho. Jang Seon Yoon purchased the land on which the property is built in 2014, and the luxurious villa was completed in April of 2016. Jang's family lived in the home for nearly 7-years.
Lisa initially contracted this villa in July of 2022, before the contract's full payments were fulfilled on January 30, 2023.
Meanwhile, Seongbuk-dong is historically a representative neighborhood of the wealthiest and the most powerful of South Korea. Top stars such as Bae Yong Joon, Lee Seung Gi, and more are currently residents of Seongbuk-dong.
