AppleTV+ officially announced the production of the drama 'Pachinko' and named actor Lee Min Ho on the first line of the cast.

The drama is based on a best-selling novel of the same name written by Korean-American author Lee Min Jin. It is global project produced by global cast members from South Korea, Japan and the United States and conducted in three languages: Korean, Japanese and English.

'Pachinko' will have a total of eight episodes featuring individual stories penetrated by history on a vast scale through four generations of a Korean immigrant family. It is a global masterpiece and is planning to shoot in Canada, starting with the Korean cast on October 26.
