The '2020 SBS Drama Awards' was held at the SBS Prism Tower in Mapo-gu, Seoul, as a special feature for the 30th anniversary of the ceremony on December 31.
The '2020 SBS Drama Awards' pursued a safe ceremony under the authorities' guidelines of quarantine. Unlike the past, the tables where performers sit together under the stage were not arranged, but each waited in the waiting room and came out to receive the award when the presenter called their name. Broadcaster Shin Dong Yup and actor Kim Yoo Jung were the MCs of the show.
