Kim Tae Won of legendary Korean band Boohwal and Kang Seung Yoon of boy group WINNER will join hands to host EBS' new variety show 'K-Pop Lyric Guide'.
EBS announced on August 18 that 'K-Pop Lyric Guide' is a new concept content that looks at the meaning of K-Pop songs and related literary works, which are gaining huge popularity around the world, and that guitarist Kim Tae Won of legendary rock band Boohwal and all-around entertainer Kang Seung Yoon of boy group WINNER were selected as the MCs for the music program.
Kim Tae Won and Kang Seung Yoon are rumored to have generously unveiled their own philosophy and lyrics tips with better-than-expected chemistry and outspokenness, giving life to their first recording.
The first episode will cover the lyrics of a song by idol group BTS, who boasts a global impact. Talking about the hidden meaning of the lyrics that people didn't know about, Kim Tae Won praised BTS as a 'genius artist'.
Kim Tae Won and Kang Seung Yoon's 'K-Pop Lyric Guide' will be released for the first time on YouTube's Momoe channel from August 19.
