JYP Entertainment artist has shown their support for Stray Kids’ upcoming comeback!
On June 16, Stray Kids’ leader Bang Chan hosted “CHAN BANG LIMITED VERSION” ahead of the group’s comeback.
A special edition of his regular live broadcast, all of the Stray Kids members appeared along with a few JYP Entertainment labelmates as special guests.
TWICE’s Sana stopped by the show in support of Bang Chan and Stray Kids. She reacted to a one minute preview of the group’s upcoming music video for “God’s Menu” and expressed words of support for their comeback.
Sana shared, “This hasn’t really been revealed before, but Chan and I are really close friends.” Bang Chan added that he studied Japanese a lot thanks to Sana as they talk in both Korean and Japanese.
Following the broadcast, Sana posted several photos taken with Bang Chan at the “2019 SBS Gayo Daejeon.” Through the caption, she said that “God’s Menu” is a song very fitting for Stray Kids, and she also wrote that she and Bang Chan have been like siblings since they were trainees.
Bang Chan commented, “Ah I can’t believe you really came, Noona. It makes me happy to hear positive words from you, who always took good care of me and was by my side since our trainee days. Chan and Stray Kids will impress with this comeback! Thank you, Noona!” (Noona is a Korean phrase used by a male to refer to a female who is older.)
Stray Kids is set to release their first full album “GO LIVE” on June 17 at 6 p.m. KST.
