Jungkook has sold his apartment unit at the Seoul Forest Trimage.
According to reports on October 19th, the maknae of BTS has sold the unit at for KRW 2.05 billion (approximately USD 1.79 million) earlier this October. Jungkook bought the apartment back in October 2018 for KRW 1.95 billion (approximately USD 1.7 million). Jungkook bought the unit for investment and has never lived there.
Real estate professionals assume that Jungkook probably did not make any profit considering he had to pay property taxes as well as other fees.
