EXO subunit EXO-SC (Sehun and Chanyeol) will reportedly make a comeback to the K-Pop scene with their second album this year.
"EXO Sehun and Chanyeol are preparing for a new album with the goal of releasing it in the second half of this year," multiple officials in the music industry said on June 9. "They also finished shooting the album jacket recently."
Earlier in the afternoon, a series of postings were shared on the online community saying that the two began filming the music video for their new song. According to the report, the photos shared on the day were reportedly not music video sets, but album jacket sets.
Sehun and Chanyeol formed the hip-hop duo EXO-SC in July 2019 and released their first mini-album 'What a Life'. The mini-album not only topped various music charts, but also proved its influence by selling more than 107,900 copies in just one day of release. Therefore, this time, as Sehun and Chanyeol announced the release of their new album, fans are highly anticipated.
EXO, which made their debut in 2012, started fulfilling military service in May 2019, starting with Xiumin. However, EXO members are overshadowing the military white flag with their active solo activities.
