BTS and SEVENTEEN will be participate in the 'FNS Music Festival', which will be broadcast by Fuji TV in Japan.
On August 21, the 'FNS Music Festival' team announced on their official website that boy groups BTS and SEVENTEEN will unveil their performaces in the '2020 FNS Music Festival', which will air from 6:30 PM on August 26. According to their Japanese fan club website, BTS will perform the title track 'Stay Gold' from their fourth full-length Japanese album 'Map of the Soul: 7~The Journey~" released last month, and their hit song 'Mic Drop'. Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will perform for the first time the title track '24H' from their second Japanese mini-album of the same name.
In the aftermath of the COVID-19 outbreak, their performances will be pre-recorded in South Korea. This is the first time for SEVENTEEN to appear on "FNS Music Festival," one of the most popular music event in Japan. As for BTS, the boys first appeared in the year-end festival last December.
