Billboard has shared its World Albums chart for the week ending in August 22!

BTS’s Japanese album “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” shoots to the top of the chart, now in its fifth week in the rankings. While the album came out in July, its physical CD version was released on August 7, leading to a rise in sales numbers. “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” also entered the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart this week.

BTS’s Korean album “Map of the Soul: 7” takes No. 3 (25 weeks on the chart).

Map of the Soul: 7 is the fourth studio album by BTS. It was released on February 21, 2020 with "ON" serving as the album's title track.

The album has sold more than four million copies becoming the best-selling album on South Korea of all time.

Love Yourself: Answer (Love Yourself 結 'Answer') is the second special album by BTS. It was released on August 24, 2018 with "Idol" serving as the album's title track.
