The release of musical documentary film 'Break the Silence: The Movie' about BTS, which was scheduled to be released on September 10, has been delayed.
BTS's agency, Big Hit Entertainment, announced the news through Weverse on September 2.
The agency said, "Currently, the spread of COVID-19 in the Seoul metropolitan area has led to a temporary delay in the release of 'Break the Silence: The Movie,' which was originally scheduled to be released on September 10."
"We will announce the release schedule in September after the massive outbreak of COVID-19 in South Korea has subsided," they explained.
"In the case of foreign countries, the release will be carried out according to the existing schedule, depending on the circumstances of each country and region," they added.
'Break the Silence: The Movie' is an emotional documentary revealing the BTS members' ordinary aspects and honest stories behind the stage, from the first performances in South Korea to when they got No. 1 in Billboard's monthly box-score, in the midst of a hot stadium tour.
