But when she arrived at the location, Ms. Luc could not find the place that A mentioned.The police quickly came in and arrested suspect Huang Zhibo at his place in Guangdong province, determining it was a massive cyber scam with a total value of up to 280,000 Yuan (approximately 40,000 USD).
