After a tweet of asking for a chance of song featuring Nicki Minaj and also admitted his "inner-Barb", Lil Nas X has received her reply. This must be one of the best things ever could happen, especially for him and his love for the Super Bass rapper.
Nicki Minaj, 37-year-old, has recently been in touch with Lil Nas X after his confession of his secret Barb-being and even running a fan account just dedicated to her.
Fans have rumored he was a hardcore fan of Nicki Minaj and the Twitter account name @nasmaraj belonged to him, which is a fan account for updating Nicki's info and everything related. However, Lil never admitted to doing it. One user asked for his reasons as he never reveals he was actually a fan and also the owner of the account. He sincerely replied: "I didn't want people to know i was gay tbh,".

The answer quite made the fans upset since being a Barb doesn't mean someone is gay. The Old Town Road singer then explained how hard and unopened the rap/music industry were towards gay artists.
Not so long after, Nicki Minaj tweeted him directly as she had seen the post, wrote, "It was a bit of a sting when you denied being a barb, but I understand. Congratulations on building up your confidence to speak your truth."
the generous queen, i love u. and i’m sorry i did that in a time where u were already getting so much bandwagon hate. i felt so bad, hoping u wouldn’t see my denial. i was just so afraid of people finding out about me and losing everything before i even got a chance. pic.twitter.com/3kgJctDJt1

On speaking of his feelings, Lil Nas X revealed his fear of losing everything built if people knew about him. He tweeted: "the generous queen, i love u. and i’m sorry i did that in a time where u were already getting so much bandwagon hate. (sic) ‘i felt so bad, hoping u wouldn’t see my denial. i was just so afraid of people finding out about me and losing everything before i even got a chance."
Hopefully, this whole thing means that a song of these two talented artists will happen in a not-so-far future.
