A heavily pregnant Katy Perry was seen with her baby bump on full display as she hit the beach in a bathing suit with shirtless fiancé Orlando Bloom.
The pair had been enjoying Memorial Day Weekend in the singer’s hometown of Santa Barbara, where they caught up with Katy’s father Keith Hudson and other family and friends.
DailyMail.com spotted the 13-time Grammy-nominee, 35, who wore a vintage floral swimsuit as she carried her pet dog Nugget under one arm and a bag of beach items in the other. Katy covered up in shades and a floppy hat and also wore yellow and green flip-flops.
Meanwhile, shirtless fiancé Orlando, 43, looked buff and toned in black shorts and a wide-rimmed sun hat. He and Katy’s dad were seen working together to organize beach essentials including a bucket, wagon and shovels.
The couple, who have been dating since 2016, announced in March that they're expecting their first child together. It's been revealed that they will welcome a baby girl.
The singer has been spotted out and about in other maternity-wear, including a recent siting on Friday where she wore a loose maxi dress and coat. Though she wasn't wearing a face mask to the beach outing, she has been seen protecting herself and the baby from coronavirus in the past.
Katy recently admitted she has been 'learning to be a mom fast' while in quarantine with Orlando and his several children, including his son Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
Discussing her pregnancy on The Graham Norton Show, Katy explained how life in lockdown has helped prepare her as a mother.
"Kids gravitate towards me through my music, so I am used to them, but I am not used to being woken up really early in the morning by them staring at me from the side of my bed!" she said.
When asked about announcing her pregnancy with her music video to Never Worn White, Katy revealed she felt it was only right as she said: "I thought," "What better way to reveal big news in my life to my fans who have grown up with me, than via music."'
In April, she took to Instagram to announce that she would be welcoming her daughter sometime in the summer. And, in the Daises video, Katy looked far along in her pregnancy and appeared to feel nothing but excitement for her first stab at motherhood.
Shortly after releasing the Daisies music video, Katy took to Instagram to provide her nearly 97million followers with some insight on the song’s meaning and how she hopes her audience will interpret it.
