Although Britney Spears once lived in the Beverly Hills mansion for quite a long time, she has already decided to put it in the market and even discounted to $6.8 million.
The villa was filed for Britney Spears after her divorce from Kevin Federline with the sale price at $9 million in 2018, but this time the price has been put down to $6.8 million.
According to People, Britney had the time living at the property from 2006 to 2012, then relocated to Thousand Oaks, north of Los Angeles. The place is located at the end of a driveway in a luxurious guarded community.
The main residence takes up 7,500-square-feet for the living space, which is included a detached guest house on the manicured space.
There are six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, a home cinema in case the singer didn't want to go outside for a movie; as well as a home office for business meetings and a chef's kitchen with breakfast nook.
Relaxation is essential, and Britney thought it too. Therefore the ground has a saltwater swimming pool alongside an in-ground jacuzzi, fire pit and entertaining area included.
But for a celebrity whose privacy is something too expensive, the mansion is told to be "virtually paparazzi-proof", according to the realtor Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
"There is no angle or anything that can be seen from any other house or hill, nothing whatsoever," he explained.
When taking the first step into the front door, a grand entry with soaring ceilings and stone floors are the next things to see.
Each downstairs room will lead to the backyard completed with lush landscaping and manicured gardens.
The mansion also features high ceilings, plenty of marble and custom cabinetry as well as subdued decor in beige and white shades with wood accents.
Well, if only we could live in the mansion for just one night before it is sold, how about that?
