SM Withdraws Physical Copies Of NCT's New Album 'RESONANCE Pt. 2' Due To Typing Error
SM Entertainment, the boys' agency, posted a notice on NCT's official Facebook page on the evening of November 23, saying, "'NCT – The 2nd Album RESONANCE Pt. 2', which was scheduled to be released today, (November 23) was inevitably postponed due to a typographical error in the album. We sincerely apologize to the fans who are waiting for NCT's album."
The company also offers fans a chance to return received albums, or take a refund, or have them exchanged for correct ones, "If the fans who have already received the album return it to their place of purchase, we will refund it or exchange it for a new product that will be released later. We will notify you of the detailed refund process and the release date of the corrected album as soon as possible. We apologize once again to the fans who have been waiting for NCT's new album, and we will try to make sure that the album is released as soon as possible."
This only applies to the physical copies of the album. At 6 PM KST on the same day, NCT released the digital album as scheduled, as well as the music video for the title track '90's Love'. However, fans are embarrassed by the sudden announcement involving "delay of the sale" and "refund measures" right on the evening of its release.
