Read the official statement below:
Hello, this is actress Go Woori’s agency Image 9 Comms.
Go Woori will be getting married to her boyfriend “A” on October 3. As we have previously revealed, the groom-to-be is five years older than her and currently runs a private business.
The two, who met for the first time a year ago through a mutual acquaintance, have confirmed their affection and strong trust in each other by beginning a serious relationship. During the time they spent dating, they became convinced that they will depend on each other and be partners for the rest of their lives.
The two recently greeted each other’s parents and had a detailed and serious conversation about their future. Soon afterwards, the families met and the couple decided to get married with their blessings and support.
The wedding will be held somewhere in Seocho District. It will be a small ceremony that is held privately with only around 50 family and friends. We ask for the generous understanding of journalists and media officials.
The couple is carefully preparing for things related to the wedding, including their honeymoon and new home. We will deliver any new information as soon as it is confirmed.
Even after her wedding on October 3, Go Woori will continue to participate in projects, such as dramas and movies. The HBO Max drama “Mentalist”, which has already been filmed, will be released sometime this year. Currently, her appearances in new dramas and movies have already been confirmed, and she has begun to officially prepare for shooting. She will greet you through the projects soon.
Image 9 Comms plans to actively support Ga Woori’s future acting and broadcasting activities and offers great congratulations and blessings to the couple starting a new chapter in life. Lastly, we sincerely thank everyone for their interest in and support for her.
Go Woori debuted as a member of Rainbow in 2009, and the group released numerous hits including “A,” “Mach,” “To Me,” and more. She also starred in many variety show programs including “Invincible Youth 2,” “Society Game 2,” “Follow Me 7,” and more.
Recently, Go Woori has been promoting as an actress, starring in dramas such as “Begin Again,” “Love in Sadness,” “True Beauty,” “Hello, Me!” “Mouse,” and “The Mentalist.”
