Updated: Spire Entertainment has since released an official statement explaining what happened in the recording.
Boy group OMEGA X‘s company CEO was reportedly caught physically and verbally abusing the members following their concert in Los Angeles.
OMEGA X held the final stop of their concert tour, 2022 OMEGA X WORLD TOUR [CONNECT: Don’t give up], on October 22 (local time) and was excited to be able to meet with their fans for the last time this round of concerts.
Following the concert, Xen posted on the group members’ account, thanking their fans for attending the concert. The post was made on October 22, 11:45 pm PST.
However, a post on October 23, 1:48 am PST by an individual shared an audio recording of a person suspected of being their company (Spire Entertainment) CEO Kang Seong Hee allegedly screaming at and physically abusing the members.
Guys, I was waiting for the Uber that I called outside and I saw the company CEO hitting the members. I really didn’t know what to do since my hands were shaking so much. They were being hit right in front of me but I couldn’t do anything.

In the audio recording, the individual claimed to be Kang Seong Hee could be heard screaming at the OMEGA X members. SBS News has also included in their report that the CEO was allegedly the perpetrator. Below is the transcript of the recorded audio.
CEO: What have you guys done for me? Did you take care of me when I was having a hard time?
CEO: Stop?
Member: [inaudible]… it was right
CEO: Who do you think you are? Who do you think you are?
Member: [A member] is going to faint
CEO: I’ve already fainted before!
*sound of someone falling down*
Member: Oh!
CEO: Get up! Now!
Member: What are you doing?!
*sound of a thud*

Celuv Media attempted to get into contact with Spire Entertainment for a statement regarding the incident, but was not able to secure anything other than that they “will look into it.”
They are still in the United States so we are unable to get into contact with them. We will make our position clear as soon as we can confirm the situation.

Fans of the group and non-fans alike are attempting to draw attention to the wrongdoings by the staff member to make sure the artists are properly taken care of.
Fans are also re-sharing previous instances that the company mistreated their artists, such as the time where the members were blocked from interacting with fans on V LIVE and uploading content on Twitter.
Another fan posted an encounter back on October 4, where a woman was seen yelling at the OMEGA X members on two separate occasions on the same day.
