BTS Snaps Photos with 'Hot Girl Coach' Megan Thee Stallion in New York
Recently on September 21 local time, American rapper Megan Thee Stallion, commonly dubbed as the "Hot Girl Coach," took to her social media to share several photos that she snapped with BTS while they were in New York, which included a selfie with the seven members and a precious photo with her dog.
A photo of BTS and Megan Thee Stallion had been highly-awaited by fans following their recent collaboration on a remix of BTS chart-topping single, "Butter," that was released on August 27 and gained BTS their 10th non-consecutive No. 1 on the highly-acclaimed music chart, Billboard Hot 100.
So far, the two artists were only able to show their support for each other through their Twitter accounts, and seeing that they have finally met for the first time excited fans of both BTS and Megan Thee Stallion!
The seven-member group was in New York to deliver a speech at the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly for the Sustainable Development Goals Moment (SDG), alongside South Korean President Moon Jae In.
While they were in New York, BTS also accompanied South Korean First Lady Kim Jung Sook during their visit to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to celebrate and promote Korean art.
This also marks the first official event BTS attended after they were appointed as the "Special Presidential Envoy for Future Generations and Culture" by President Moon Jae In back on September 14. This is also the first time in almost two years that BTS travelled outside of South Korea since the start of the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Jungkook, J-Hope, and Jimin - also known as 3J - recently shared a special performance video of the "Butter" remix featuring Megan Thee Stallion back on September 9.

BTS' Speech at the United Nations Draws in Over 1.5 Million Views in Real-Time
According to New York Daily News, the live stream of BTS' United Nations speech back on September 20 drew in more than 1.5 million viewers from around the world, and subsequently, more than six million for the "Permission to Dance" performance at the assembly hall.
The United Nations also uploaded on their official Youtube channel the video of BTS and President Moon Jae In delivering their speech at United Nations General Assembly.
As of this moment, English version of their speech has been viewed more than 2.3 million times. Whereas the Korean version had accumulative over a million views - having a cumulative of more than 3.4 million views on both videos, and proving BTS' massive influence around the world.
