Sibling duo AKMU is making a comeback!
On July 25, Korean news outlet EDAILY reported that AKMU plans to release new music at the end of August.
In response to the report, YG Entertainment shared, “AKMU is currently working on post-production for the album with the goal of making a summer comeback. We will share more details when they are confirmed.”
AKMU is releasing new music for the first time in about two years since their collaboration album “NEXT EPISODE” which was released in July 2021. Since the release of “NEXT EPISODE,” the two members have been focusing on their solo activities until recently.
Lee Chanhyuk released his first full-length solo album “ERROR” in October 2022, showcasing his rich and wide spectrum of musical abilities.
Lee Soohyun participated in the OSTs for the dramas “My Liberation Notes” and “Curtain Call,” and she recently greeted viewers as an MC for Netflix’s new reality show “19/20.”
