The “Dr. Romantic” series follows the stories of realistic doctors working at a rundown hospital in the countryside. Season 3 features the return of Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung alongside Han Suk Kyu and more, joining several new cast members.

Previously, the ending of episode 12 saw the return of Dr. Kim’s mentee Kang Dong Joo (Yoo Yeon Seok) from Season 1. After leaving Doldam Hospital due to his military service, Kang Dong Joo returned to Doldam Hospital from his stay in the United States.
The newly released stills depict Park Eun Tak (Kim Min Jae), Oh Myung Sim (Jin Kyung), Jang Ki Tae (Im Won Hee), Nam Do Il (Byun Woo Min), Jung In Soo (Yoon Na Moo), and more warmly greeting Kang Dong Joo on his return, each in their unique and special way.
Yoon Ah Reum (So Ju Yeon) and Lee Sun Woong (Lee Hong Nae) also watch from a distance, eyes filled with curiosity. Having only heard rumors about Kang Dong Joo, the two look at Kang Dong Joo with wonder. Viewers are curious to see how the other hospital staff members will react to Kang Dong Joo’s arrival.
