The month of December has come and is one of the busiest months for K-content fans. This is because all the year-end special shows are scheduled around this time with holiday celebrations.

Nevertheless, true K-drama fans will always make time to watch their favorite dramas amidst the various choices airing. Last month, a handful of exciting new dramas have already premiered but there is more to come in the month of December!

Connect (Disney+)

Starring: Jung Hae In, Go Kyung Pyo, Kim Hye Joon

'Connect' is based on a webtoon of the same title and is a story that follows Ha Dong Soo, a man of a new immortal human race called 'connect.' The story begins unfolding when Ha Dong Soo is kidnapped by organ traffickers and one of his eyes is stolen. He later realizes that the man who took his eyes is a serial killer.

'Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area Part 2' continues to tell the story of the biggest heist that takes place in the peninsula of unified Korea. The Professor plans an ambitious heist and recruits the most talented individuals to carry out his schemes. But the team faces unexpected turns of events.

The Forbidden Marriage (Amazon Prime Video)

'Big Bet' is a crime action drama that tells the story of a man who became the king of the casinos but falls to his rock bottom. After becoming entangled in a murder case, he needs to find a way back to the top.

The Interest of Love (Netflix)

Airing: December 21

Starring: Yoo Yeon Seok, Moon Ga Young

'The Interest of Love' is a slice-of-life drama depicting the realistic love story between four people who meet at the Youngpo branch of the KCU Bank. Four very different individuals come together to learn about the true meaning of love while traveling life's journey with very different views.

The Fabulous (Netflix)

Airing: December 23

Starring: Chae Soobin, SHINee's Minho, Lee Sang Yoon, Park Hee Jung

This hyperrealism romance drama shows the youth and the passion around the fashion industry and the love and relationships amongst the people around that industry. 'The Fabulous' was scheduled to air last month but was decided to have a delayed premiere following the Itaewon tragedy.

Work Later, Drink Now 2 (TVing)

Airing: December 24

Starring: Super Junior's Siwon, Lee Sun Bin, Han Sun Hwa, Jung Eunji

'Work Later, Drink Now 2' is the second season of the loved drama 'Work Later, Drink Now' that follows the story of three best friends. The three women all live their lives and come together at the end of the day for a drink as they encourage one another in their life endeavors and love.

The Glory (Netflix)

Airing: December 9

Starring: Song Hye Kyo, Lee Do Hyun

'The Glory' is a thriller melodrama telling the story of a high school violence victim who grows up with vengeance and carries out her plan of revenge on her tormentors. She waits until one of her tormentors gets married and has a child living a happy life. The victim becomes the homeroom teacher of the tormentor's child who is now in elementary school and she begins carrying out her revenge.
