The producers of MBC’s “Big Mouth” have officially responded to questions regarding the possibility of a second season of the hit drama.

“Big Mouth,” a noir drama starring Lee Jong Suk and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, aired its highly-anticipated finale on September 17. Even though the episode wrapped up most of the story, some viewers speculated that the series had intentionally left open the possibility of a second season.
On September 18, the producers of “Big Mouth” responded by cautiously telling StarNews, “We think it’s too soon to be discussing Season 2.”
They went on to add, “We’ll work hard to try and return with a good project.”
Meanwhile, the finale of “Big Mouth” achieved the highest viewership ratings of the drama’s entire run.
