These are the best and worst Korean dramas that aired in 2018 and 2019. The results were based on the criteria made by the experts who participated in the activity.
According to JoyNews24, these dramas were selected by experts who work at the broadcasting and entertainment companies. Professionals like film, content producers and reporters also participated in voting.

For the 2018 results, Kdramas produced by tvN and JTBC gained the most number of votes in the rankings. They are the cable channels consistent in the top 10.
Kim Tae Ri and Lee Byung Hun's "Mr. Sunshine" made it to the top without any negative comments from the participants. Most of them said that they were fully immersed in the characters portrayed by the lead stars Yoo Yeon Seok, Kim Min Jung, and Byun Yo Han. Apart from their passionate acting, the narrative of the drama also gave a big impact to the audience.
EXO D.O.'s "100 Days My Prince" made it at the second spot for giving a variety of fun with a combination of fresh romance from the lead stars.
Other series "My Golden Life," "Still 17," "Bad Guys," "Miss Hammurabi," "Welcome to Waikiki" and more also voted as the best dramas of 2018.
Meanwhile, some series also disappointed the viewers. Some of the listed worst dramas were said to have problems within the production and failed to deliver the completeness of the project.
"Hwayugi" has a star-studded cast, namely Lee Seung Gi, Cha Seung Woo, Oh Yeon Seo, and more. However, as the drama proceeded, there were bad news surrounding the production which resulted in low ratings.
The reasons why "Return" and "Let's Eat 3" were voted as the worst dramas were due to the controversies linked to the actors.
In the case of "Tempted," starring Woo Do Hwan and Red Velvet's Joy, and "The Undateables" led by Nam Goong Min and Hwang Jeung Eum, the actors' talent was undervalued by some.

Aside from the exceptional concepts of these series that satisfied the audience, the casting was also perfect in which the actors and actresses gave justice to their respective characters.
Even though "Arthdal Chronicles" had a stellar cast and big budgeted production, it failed to entertain the viewers due to the virtual world that the drama wanted to showcase.
On the other hand, other worst series included in the list experienced the same problems when it comes to the production and artists involved.
