Victor Cruz admits to breaking the rules when it comes to social distancing — all for the sake of his hair.
“I do have my barber come over every other week to cut my hair, because I’m on the laptop doing Zoom calls and emails so I have to make sure I look proper,” the retired NFL star, 33, told Page Six Style.
But when it comes to skincare, Cruz has things handled on his own.
“I definitely have the face regimen going on. I go live on E!’s ‘Pop of the Morning,’ so it’s definitely taught me to stick to my face regimen and what I need to do to come out this quarantine with clean skin.”
That means he’s whipping up DIY face treatments using items from his fridge. “I made a Greek yogurt raspberry mask not too long ago,” he told us. “I also made [an] avocado mask.”
Additionally, he said, “I got my serums, my face oils, and I just got an ice roller for my face. I might end up doing a YouTube face tutorial just in case people wanna watch. I gotta keep it clean, so why not?”
The former Giants wide receiver draws the line when it comes to pampering his fingers and toes, though. “I’m not doing manicures and pedicures, but I am cutting my nails and keeping them clean.”
Cruz has teamed up with Mario Lopez to help raise money for the Boys & Girls Clubs COVID-19 Relief Fund. Food delivery service goPuff is matching donations to the fund.
