Lady Gaga has dominated the worlds of music and film, and she’s also taking on the beauty industry with her latest attention-getting makeup campaign.
The Oscar and Grammy winner, 34, debuted her new Stupid Love eyeshadow palette on Tuesday with a breathtaking new portrait on her Instagram feed with makeup from her very own beauty brand Haus Labs.
The palette features ’18 shades of full-intensity pigment,’ as described on the Haus Labs Instagram page, and is inspired by Gaga’s upcoming sixth studio album Chromatica along with its first single, Stupid Love.
In the incredible visual, the A Star Is Born actress and singer appears with her pink coif, now a seemingly permanent fixture in her look, along with show-stopping two-tone eyeshadow and heavy mascara.
Her lips are a glittery shade of crimson, and she wears a fishnet-inspired bejeweled black top.
One diamond hoop hangs from her ear and Gaga, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has her arm up next to her bumped-up and curly pink ‘do.
‘I’m so happy to introduce you to the Stupid Love Eyeshadow Palette that we created inspired by #Chromatica,’ the Alejandro hitmaker wrote in the caption alongside the picture.
‘It’s filled with bright shades for you to color with creativity, kindness and LOVE,’ she added.
It was the latest colorful visual on both Gaga’s feed as well as that of Haus Labs touting the new cosmetics line.
Others involved kinetic and fun video snippets of Lady G and major influencers – including RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Alaska and Aquaria – lip syncing to Stupid Love while wearing the new eye makeup.
It’s just one more element adding to the buildup before the pop icon drops her album Chromatica on May 29th, after a delay due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Another buzzworthy element is the next single off the album, which is a team-up with none other than pop princess Ariana Grande.
That track is called Rain On Me, and it’s due to drop on May 22.
