Lady Gaga‘s highly anticipated next single, Rain On Me featuring Ariana Grande, will be released on May 22, a week before her sixth studio album Chromatica comes out.

And on Monday both of the singers took to social media to share the cover of Rain On Me. They also teased some of the lyrics for their combined 227.3 million Instagram followers.

For the new images, both ladies wore PVC for a dominatrix look.

‘…water like misery,’ penned Gaga, while Ariana captioned: ‘…teardrops on my face.’

The photo saw the powerful ladies wear PVC outfits that made them look like dominatrices.

Gaga’s tin style bodysuit was similar to the one worn in her Stupid Love video. She also had a knife in her leg.

The Thank U Next singer rocked a top and pleated mini-skirt.

The Mother Monster’s blonde hair was worn down while her Ariana opted for her signature long ponytail.

This will be the first time the Grammy winning singers will collaborate together.

But Ariana, 26, has always been a fan of Gaga, 34. She recently shared a birthday tribute post where she said the vet had ‘changed her life.’

‘Happy birthday to a literal angel that has changed my life in many ways!’ she penned.

‘I’ll tell u more about it later but … u make my heart feel so full and happy and understood @ladygaga. Wishing u all the joy in the world today and every day !’

Ariana and Gaga’s new collaboration comes after the Million Reasons singer announced her highly anticipated album would be released at the end of the month.

‘The journey continues. You can officially join me on #Chromatica on May 29,’ she captioned.

The new album will feature 16 tracks including music from Ariana Grande, Black Pink and Elton John.

The singer has already released the first track, Stupid Love.

Gaga’s album was initially meant to be released on April 10, but she revealed at the end of March that it ‘didn’t feel right with all that is going on during this global pandemic.’
