Sonni Pacheco is “sick of being continually bullied,” she tells Page Six, after her ex-husband, Jeremy Renner, accused her of misappropriating their daughter’s trust fund.

According to People, new court records filed on May 12 show that Renner, 49, claims Pacheco transferred nearly $50,000 from their 7-year-old daughter Ava’s trust into her own bank account over a two-year period. Pacheco was also accused of transferring an additional $10,000.

I am sick of being continually bullied, having my name slandered, and the truth muted,” Pacheco, 29, told us in an email on Tuesday.

According to the court documents obtained by People, Pacheco admitted in an email to Renner’s business manager on April 29, 2019, to “transferring [nearly $50,000] from the minor’s trust account to her personal account in violation of the Court’s Order, stating: ‘The money transfers to my bank were to keep my afloat/provide [the minor] Christmas presents/birthday gift bags and essentials for her bday party – after all my savings were spent on lawyers/child custody evaluator.

Regarding the $10,000 figure, Pacheco used that sum to pay for her property taxes, according to the court documents. In response to the allegations, Pacheco claims that Renner’s alleged “disturbing actions” in front of their daughter were part of the reason for her financial struggles.

She did not specify what those actions were. However, Pacheco previously alleged that Renner shoved a gun in his mouth and threatened to kill her in 2018. She has also accused the actor of allegedly biting their daughter and leaving a bruise on her shoulder.

Renner’s rep told us in response at the time that the claims were “categorically not true and another straight-out character assassination made by Ms. Pacheco and her attorney.

Anyone who is a parent knows that the most important thing in the world is their child’s health and safety,” Pacheco added on Tuesday. “Over the years, its hard to fathom what I’ve seen and what people have told me they’ve seen in regards to Jeremy’s disturbing actions while our child is in his care. Unfortunately, these actions have landed me in a position to need to retain legal support, undergo a child custody evaluation, and now have a plan parent coordinator. This is NOT cheap.

According to the Canadian artist, her ex and his attorneys had her sign a confidentiality agreement in February regarding “safety measures” put in place to protect their daughter.

She said the contract has not allowed her to fully address the new allegations and Renner’s request to lower his child support payments amid the coronavirus pandemic. In March, the “Hawkeye” star reportedly asked that his payments for Ava’s housing, food, transportation and clothing be reduced from $30,000 a month to $11,000.

This is a small insight of what I have been dealing with over the years,” Pacheco told us. Which leads us to now, the upcoming court case — about me “Misappropriating Avas Funds’ and Jeremy seeking to reduce child support. This is coming from a man who… are you still reading this story? If you are, this is the part when I’ve been muted.  Which, honestly really sucks because the rest of it would make your jaw drop.” Renner’s attorneys did not immediately return our request for comment.
