Scott Disick checked himself into rehab in April, though he’s already headed home.

In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas,” Disick’s attorney, Marty Singer, told Page Six Monday evening.

He did not check in for any alcohol or cocaine abuse. Shockingly, as a result of the HIPA violation of the facility and his violation of privacy, he has checked himself out and is immediately returning home. We are alarmed by this extreme invasion of privacy and plan to take immediate legal action,” Singer added.

Meanwhile, a source told E! that Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, 36, “had a lot of guidance from Kourtney, [who] demanded that he get help. Things have been bad the last couple of weeks and Kourtney won’t allow him around the kids unless he gets treatment.

Kardashian and Disick, who split in 2015, share sons Mason, 10, and Reign, 5, along with daughter Penelope, 7.

Scott Disick and model Sofia Richie

Disick has publicly struggled with substance abuse since first rising to fame on “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” He was reportedly hospitalized in August 2017 and placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

He has been with model Sofia Richie off and on since; though the pair have had a somewhat tumultuous relationship, they have seemed solid in recent months. Disick and Richie, 21, were spotted in late-April hanging out on the beach in Malibu together.
