Katy Perry made her fans go wild again after hinting that she will give birth to a baby girl in a post on her personal Instagram.

The singer, 35, is currently pregnant and expecting her first child with fiancé Orlando Bloom, 43, and told fans at a concert in Melbourne, Austrailia last month she was hoping to have a baby girl.

Katy hinted her dream had come true today when she took to Instagram to share a pic of Orlando covered in what resembles pink shaving cream with a huge smile.

She dropped the huge bomb in her caption, saying: "It’s a girl", with two pink heart emojis.

And her delighted fans rushed to send her well wishes in response.
One wrote: "Yaaasss! Let her BLOOM!"
Another said: "That’s big news! God is the greatest."
A third congratulated: "Amazing!!".

The 35-year-old singer announced her pregnancy earlier this month when she showed off her baby bump in the music video 'Never Worn White'.

Katy Perry was hoping to wed 43-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom in Japan but the coronavirus crisis has made them postpone their celebration day.

The couple, who got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019, are now looking at a private function which could be bereft of guests as COVID-19 brings travelling to a standstill.

An insider said about their big day: "Katy doesn’t want to postpone her wedding, but it’s something that is looking more and more likely by the day."

Katy is allegedly looking to enable 'Plan B' as their hopes of heading to the Far East for their celebrations is looking increasingly unlikely this year.

Whilst speaking on an Australian radio show on March 9 Katy also revealed that her parents fist-bumped her, much to the singer's surprise.

"I was like, 'What? Okay. I don't know . . . cool'. I came out of them and everything, but I was like, 'Sure, yeah.' That's what watching the news forever will do, I guess!", she said on the show.
