Adele shocking weight loss has been trending worldwide after she posted a snap on her 32nd birthday which showed off her slimmer physique.

The British singer has lost an impressive 7 stone (~ 45 kg) in the last couple of years following her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki - who she has seven-year-old son Angelo with.

Fans have been fixated on her phenomenal transformation as they wait for her to drop a new comeback album but her loyal supporters could be in for more of a treat as the musician's former PT has hinted that Adele's healthier outlook could be in preparation for her gearing up for a tour.

UK based trainer Pete Geracimo suggested that the Hello singer "might tour again" when he took to Instagram to defend the bombshell's weight-loss journey - after Adele was subject to negative comments about her shaking up lifestyle.

Pete typed in the now-edited social media post: "Just think, now that she is more fit and more fabulous, she might tour again! WIN-WIN!!!!"

Later on Pete removed the telling comment from his post and the entire offering read: "As Adele’s former London-based personal trainer, it’s disheartening to read negative commentary and fat-phobic accusations questioning the genuineness of her amazing weight loss."

"In my personal experience of working with her through many highs and lows, she always marched to the beat of her own drum on her own terms. She never undermined her God-given talent in any way. She let her incredible voice do the talking, or should I say singing! She never once pretended to be something that she wasn’t. What you saw was what you got. And we all LOVED it!"

"When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery. When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule. In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices."

"As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice. Her body transformation was splashed across every media outlet. The attention it generated was mind-blowing."

"Since she moved to LA, it’s been well documented that she underwent some tough personal changes. It’s only natural that with change comes a new sense of self and wanting to be your best possible version. She embraced better eating habits and committed to her fitness and is sweating! I could not be prouder or happier for her!"

"This metamorphosis is not for album sales, publicity or to be a role model. She is doing it for herself and for Angelo. My hope is that people appreciate the hard work that Adele has done to improve herself for the benefit to her and her family only. She did not lose the weight to make others feel bad about themselves."

"This personal transformation has nothing to do with me or you. It’s about Adele and how she wants to live her life. She has not changed from the Adele we grew up with and have loved. There is just a little less of her to go around."

Award-winning Adele decided to transform her physique following the end of her 8-year-long marriage last year.

The Tottenham native separated from Simon after getting together in 2011 with the musician and charity boss going on to tie the knot in 2017.

Adele's new addiction to being healthy also led to her having a confident boost and "feeling great" after an emotional few years.

A source told Hollywood life: "Adele feels sexier than ever and she’s so happy to be going into the new year looking and feeling great."

Another source told the media outlet that the past 12 months have been a tough time, saying: "2019 was a very hard year for Adele but it was also one of a lot of personal growth."

She is reportedly "very proud of herself," and is "going into the next decade feeling like a million bucks."

The source continued: "As tough as it was to say goodbye to her marriage being on her own has brought out so much strength in her, she feels like she’s found herself again and she wouldn’t trade that for anything.”
